Previous ladies: - leaving without finishing (keep things in a dryer) - not reading provided instructions, such as (changing the towels, change the bedding, etc) - complaining that it's a lot of work (our house requires about 5 hours of cleaning and we are paying for that) We are ready to pay up to $35/hour or $250 per cleaning three times per month. But everything should be done before you leave. I want my house to be clean. I am a senior woman with a back problem. The gentleman in the home is disabled. I have a Maltese/ Havanese dog. I need a dependable housekeeper every other week for four hours in the morning. I pay by the hour, not the job. The housework is general cleaning for the most part - vacuuming, dusting, kitchen floor, office wood floor and tiled bathroom. Stripping the bed, doing the laundry of the sheets and pillowcases, and putting the sheets back on is a required service. I like to have the outside and inside of the microwave cleaned. It is a small home. (925 feet) I have other work available by the hour, sometimes, such as organizing and cleaning an office and a patio room across the yard. Looking for professional house cleaner for short term rental turnovers. This will include cleaning 2 bedrooms, kitchen, 1 bathroom, living and dining room. All light switches sanitized, surfaces cleaned, floors vacuumed and mopped. Bed linens changed, towels changed, laundry done and folded. Make the apartment look spotless and organized according to a layout we will provide. Cleanings will vary between 1 and up to 4 a week. Changeovers need to be executed between 11 a.m. (unless guests checkout early) and ready by 3. 30 p.m. the latest. Make beds look professionally done. If there are flowers in our garden, make a little arrangement to leave on the dining table and bathroom sink. Be able to leave the apartment looking according to a layout we will provide (curtains closed/open), location of pillows, etc

I have lots of clutter. Husband is a pack rat and keeps lots of boxes to work around. No pets. Non-smoking. I like to garden so during those months tend to track in lots of dirt. I want someone who is up to date on vaccinations. Every other week is good enough for bathrooms (1/2 and full), and kitchen. 1st floor is main concern. Some help with clutter management might be useful. We're retired and over 69.
