Looking for help to potty train our son specifically, but thought the process he may need to eat or etc. The focus would be potty training though.

I need help caring for my dad who has underlying health issues & conditions. Ideally, looking for a CNA. 5-6 hours a day, 3-6 days a week. Care needs: CNA Pleasant, kind, compassionate & patient. Able to assist w/showering, making sure that he eats & dresses. Helping me keep his space clean, tidy & uncluttered. Essential since he is blind. Occasional meal prep, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, & bathing & dressing. Dad loves doing crossword puzzles. VA Requirements: Social Security Card Virginia Driver's License. Voided check or Bank Direct Deposit Proof of having Lived in VA for 5+ years. Willingness to undergo. Virginia Criminal Background Check. Be willing to undergo a Fingerprint check if you have background issues or have not lived in VA for at least 5 years.

Looking for a part-time nanny that is flexible as some weeks we may not need a nanny. Our son is 3. 5 months old and would need bottle feedings, tummy time, nap time and diaper changes. We are only looking for maybe a few hours on days that are needed as I'm currently going through changes with work and may even be home half of the time we need a nanny. My husband and I would also be looking for someone to watch our son for an occasional date night.

Having twins in Oct and will need 20-30 hours/week nanny service for them, from 3 weeks old until daycare starts in February.
