This is a nanny share situation. Both families are in the same small subdivision and would pay $22 an hour together with 32 hours guaranteed a week (4 days). If for any reason one family was on vacation the nanny would be paid $15 an hour for having one child. This rare scenario would have advanced notice. The nanny would rotate houses every 2 weeks or could go even longer if preferred. We're extremely flexible.

We are looking for a nanny for our two boys in White Lake. We would prefer someone who has their own car, does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets and is CPR certified. Must be fully vaccinated. Schedule will vary from week to week, but we will guarantee a minimum of 30 hours/wk (even if actual hours worked is less). Our 4 yr old son loves superheroes, crafts, movies, games and being swimming in the lake. Our 5-month-old will be about 6-7 months old at time of start and is currently working on getting on a consistent sleep and nap schedule. We hope that we can find a nanny that can be with us long-term, as we would consider them to be an important and integral part of our family.

Our little guy is learning the world and is smiling the whole time. He's still pretty little so he's working on things like tummy time, rolling to his back, grabbing things and walking around checking out the canned goods in the pantry. He has moments of being pretty particular, but he's a sweet boy with a perfect gummy smile!

I am a dad who is about to have some surgery that may incapacitate me for weeks/months. We live in Waterford but our kids go to school . Our family needs a reliable driver to help us ferry our kids both in the Morning and after school. So this isn't a care giving job, more a child delivery service only (kids are old enough 5th grade and 9th grade to not need care).
