Hi! My husband & I are looking for a recurring babysitter for our three young children (ages 3, 1 1/2 & 4mo). They are very happy, easy going kiddos! The care we need for them is in our home, playing with them, putting them down for nap/bedtime, feeding them etc. The times we need care varies week to week. We mostly need evening time care (anywhere in the window of 5pm-midnight) but also need a few hours during the day here & there. Our babysitting needs are anywhere from 4-15hrs/wk. We have no pets in the home, & we would prefer someone who is willing to do light cleaning. We need someone with plenty of experience w/ young children, & we want our caregivers to know CPR & choking first aid, but certification not required. We are looking for someone who can help with the kids after school, and can clean, organize, run the house, and cook while the kids are out. Someone who would handle the kids when it's a day off school or when they're sick and we have to work. Great pay for an excellent, hardworking, intelligent and organized person! About who needs care: 79-year-old female wishes to continue her post-operative care at home during recovery from hip fracture surgery. Client has been in a rehab center for two weeks but wants to come home because she believes she will get better care in a more nurturing environment. Spouse provides most of the daytime care. She ambulates fairly well but needs nighttime transfer assistance and monitoring. About the care needs: Caregiver is quiet, kind and cheerful. Patient is fully cognitive and communicative. She just needs someone at night for two to three weeks while her mobility and strength improve. She weighs about 150 lbs. Services needed include: nighttime companionship, bathing / dressing, and transfer assistance.
