Everyday Virtual Services is helping a client hire an in-person assistant for a multi-passionate entrepreneur in the hospitality industry. This opportunity is part-time and has the opportunity to be flexible to fit around your schedule.
Personal Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:
Supports the client directly as the go-to person for all needs, including daily administration, calendar management, travel schedules, project coordination, delivering presentations, answering calls, etc.
Provides administrative support.
Support the client in organizing paperwork and digital files.
Conserves clients time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating telecommunications.
Coordinates projects by capturing timelines and strategies and delivering progress updates.
Prepares for appointments, coordinates schedules, and greet customers and clients prior to meetings.
