We are looking for a great babysitter for 2 children in Dickinson. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping and meal preparation. My kids have cerebral palsy and spina bifida but most of what we need are similar skills as early childhood care. I need full time care for one person and occasional care for 2 for times I cannot take them with me because of covid restrictions. Many times I need mostly supervision, easy work but must be kind and responsible. Other jobs are more work but always fun. Happy, healthy kids, no machines.

About who needs care: Mother in law has dementia and a foley. We have a nurse that comes once a month to change out the foley so no need for someone to do that. We have also have my father in law in the home who just needs help with cooking etc. He dresses himself. About the care needs: Someone with a outgoing personality and understands a person with dementia. Likes to work on puzzles. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing. Preference for a caregiver who is female.

Both dogs get fed twice a day. When there is no one home they both stay in their kennels. One will go to her kennel very easily. One is more stubborn and will bark and bite at the kennel. We only put the dogs out to potty and run around a little, but never leave them out for more than a few minutes if we are not out there with them. The larger dog has a bladder problem and will need her kennel towels changed daily. We only refill the cats food once he has eaten it all. The cat is an indoor cat and should not be let outside. He likes to hang out around doors so you will need to be careful coming in and leaving.
