Seeking an experienced FULL TIME babysitter for our beautiful baby girl! The position will be Monday through Thursdays from about 8:00-3:30. A little about the parents: Mom works for FCPS, so hours and days will be based on the school schedule. Dad is a youth pastor and is off on Fridays. Looking for someone with experience. References are preferred but not required. Would also like for the caregiver to be CPR and first aid certified. Position is in a smoke/alcohol-free home with two dogs, but they are crated during the day. **Please note: Pay will need to be discussed.

Be able to work with and care for older adults with dementia. She is nice, and can also get frustrated when she isn't allowed to do things and doesn't understand why, or sometimes restless. Experience with coping strategies for when these things happen is a plus.
