My husband and I are expecting a little girl in June 2023. I am planning on taking 3 months off from work , but then returning to work for 2-3 days/week. Looking for options for care, but flexible with days of the week as of now. I work a hybrid model as a mental health therapist, so would often be home but unavailable.

About who needs care: Our mom is 93 years old. About 90 pounds and 4'10". Her body is frail but her mind is sharp. Mom needs help with most everything. While on her "last lap", mom has good days and bad days. Most of the time she is pleasant and appreciative. Some days, if she is in pain, she can be a tad cantankerous. :-) About the care needs: Dependable, able to assist Mom in and out of bed, patient, tolerant & understanding. Respectful of Mom's need for peace and quiet but then also ready to listen when Mom gets talkative. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.

He would need to be fed breakfast and lunch He would need a nap He would need to be change if he uses the bathroom on himself

I'm looking for a great babysitter for 2 children. Responsibilities would include meal prep. A car is not provided - please have your own. Looking for a caregiver for my infant son and infant son.
