We're looking for someone with experience with newborns to care for our youngest and who can also keep our other kiddos on track when they're getting ready for bed (however they're very self sufficient and have minimal needs). I am looking for a licensed CNA (or similar) female caregiver to help with my 63-year-old wife who suffered a brain aneurysm rupture. Her physical, mental and emotional strength and a whole lot of great friends, family and caregivers have seen her make a lot of progress since then. She can go a lot further with the right help. She doesn't speak often and mostly uses gestures to communicate. She can walk short distances with assistance but mostly we use a wheelchair. She has a G-tube in her stomach which is used for some nutrition, most hydration and meds. She has made good progress chewing and swallowing lately and is eating more solid foods. She needs assistance with all ADL's (activities of daily living). Some meal prep, light cleaning, laundry. Occasional need to transport to appointments. We offer a comfortable workplace in our home.

Looking for help with our sweet newborn girl because mom has to go back to work for a few months! She gives lots of smiles and loves snuggling. We follow safe-sleep practices and need a caregiver who does as well. Per moms work schedule: we would need help on Wednesday/Fridays for a month, then Monday/Wednesday/Fridays for the next month and then Monday through Friday for another month or two. Mom would be able to be stay at home after this but we would love to have date nights and extra help on some days so hoping for someone who can help for years to come. :)

About who needs care: My sister is recovering from a recent hospital stay in which she was bedridden for several weeks and lost a lot of weight, resulting in limited mobility. She needs help standing, using the bathroom, dressing, having meals prepared, and taking scheduled medications (including insulin shots). I have a more detailed schedule I can share. My sister enjoys listening to music, dancing, games (such as Uno or Dominoes), reading, and watching TV/movies. She also has spent a lot of time traveling and loves to talk about travel. The ideal caregiver should be able to assist in lifting roughly 90 pounds - my sister is regaining mobility but some moments she is very weak and needs someone to essentially lift her from couch/bed to her walker.
