Searching for a great house keeper for a long term relationship. Our family of 4 (2 dogs, 2 humans) are looking for a friendly, caring person who is flexible and dependable. Our home is new and in amazing condition and in a safe and friendly community. We are looking for someone who can do bathroom cleaning, home maintenance, vacuuming and/or mopping, wall washing, kitchen cleaning, food prep and cooking for dinner, dusting, laundry, general room cleaning, changing bed linens, oven cleaning, pet waste cleanup, refrigerator cleaning, cabinet cleaning, organization (beyond standard tidying), carpet cleaning, window washing, dog walking and pet sitting while we are travelling.

Me and my husband are looking for a responsible and caring chinese-speaking helper. We are full-time work-from-home parents who need help around the house during weekdays. This person will mainly help to take care of our newborn (coming in May), prepare dinner for the family, light house cleaning, laundry and grocery run (if needed). About who needs care: My dad had a stroke 5 years ago and has right-sided paralysis. He is in a wheelchair but can transfer very well and walk a few steps. He needs help using the restroom, showering, getting dressed, ADL's. I am getting married and hoping to find someone who can help him during the wedding activities so my mom (his primary caregiver) can enjoy herself. He has expressive aphasia and no behavioral issues. About the care needs: Ability to assist with transferring from wheelchair to bed/couch/chair, ability to assist with urinal/toileting, ability to help him shower. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.

Hi! We're expecting our first baby (a boy) in January and looking for a part-time sitter for the first 2-3 months that will transition to full time afterwards. We are a bicultural/bilingual household, so need someone that can speak Spanish.

Our 11-year-old daughter is on the autistic spectrum, has mental retardation and ADHD. She stills needs help with going to the bathroom, eating and showering. We are looking for a patient babysitter who has many years of experience working with special needs children to care for her one a week in the evenings on a regular basis. She is a handful to handle but if you can understand her communication and know her time schedule and daily needs it's manageable.
