About who needs care: Client has affected left side from a stroke but still able to use for standing and transfers with assistance. Still does most ADL:s but needs assistance in doing so as he can not walk without a walker and can't walk to far with a walker use of wheelchair to ambulate. Very easy to care for he is pleasant and needs someone to keep his spirits up. Recently diagnosed with CHF but we do not talk about these things in front of him as he is a dweller. About who needs care: My son just had colon cancer surgery, so I will need help with emptying his Ileostomy bag and his urinal, which I will know more when he is released from hospital and if it needs to be measured and charted. I would only need someone 1-2 hours in the morning, 1-2 hours in afternoon and a 1-2 hours in the evening. About the care needs: Would like someone to be able to empty ileostomy bags and measure contents, and live in the New Market, VA area. Should be able to take temperature and vitals.
