Hello, I have a very happy go lucky 13-month-old who goes to daycare Mon to Thurs morning till late afternoon. Generally I work from home so on daycare days I get my work done while my son goes to daycare. Friday, Sat, Sun we take it easy at home. Soon my work requires occasional travel - may be 4-5 days a month o something similar. I am in the process of getting that confirmed. However I am exploring a nanny who can stay at my home those days and overnight. Baby will still go to daycare so you work will involve morning feeds, food, getting baby ready, daycare drop off. You get free time while son is in daycare. Later pick up, food and feedings and putting to bed. He sleeps overnight. My mom will be home to offer any emergency help until I return. Before my actual travel occurs I would look at doing a few trial runs while I am at home so you and the baby get along and it all works. I would need you to have your own transport, be able to drive to daycare and pick- it is a must
