We are looking for a full-time, long-term, dependable person to help with general household tasks and childcare for our family of 5 in Monroe. We are looking for general help around the house whether it be light cleaning, laundry, meal prep, and helping with the kids. We have 3 children ages 11, 2, and 3 months old and either my husband or I am typically always home, as I own a business and work full time from home. The ideal candidate will be available full time and for a long-term commitment. We would require that this person has their own car, who does not smoke, who is willing to drive children, who is comfortable with pets and who is CPR certified. Our preference is for a non-smoking female with a valid driver's license who feels comfortable taking her (in their car or ours) to appointments, to meet friends for lunch in Lynchburg, to the grocery store or wherever she feels like going. She is mobile, but needs help standing or getting to the bathroom. An ideal candidate would be comfortable with cooking and light housework. My dad runs our family's cattle farm and usually leaves the house around 730 a.m. and is back by around 5pm, but sometimes needs to leave earlier or arrive home later. We are looking for a great babysitter for 3 kids for the summer (age 8 and 7-year-old twins (boy/girl). Our schedule can be flexible so we're looking to meet a sitters needs and then create our schedules as best we can. (2-4 days per week). They love being outside, making crafts, building, and playing dolls/make up etc. They will need a little structured time for reading/writing/math practice (about 30 mins/day). After the summer we occasionally need help with a date night or Saturday work schedule.
