Hello, my husband and I are in need of regular reliable childcare 3 days a week. No weekends, nights, or holidays. I plan on going back to work May 1, 2023 and most daycare 's are still on a wait list, unfortunately. The days would need to be flexible as my schedule varies and I cannot have the same guaranteed day off every week. He is the sweetest little boy. He is currently finding his voice and smiling more. We have two small dogs. I would prefer them to be out of the crate if you are at the house watching our son. Once the weather is nice out we would love for him to be spending time outside on walks, playing in the grass, or swinging. Along with other age appropriate activities/ crafts. We do plan on doing BLW once he meets the requirements for that.

Looking for someone who is kind and loving, willing to treat our child like he's one of your own family members. We would like someone with previous experience or someone with children themselves, who knows how to nurture and care for an infant so young. Someone who's willing to give updates throughout the day and maybe a picture or two to soothe moms fears of leaving baby at this early stage in babies life. We would need someone with their own transportation. We have a small older dog that sleeps most of the day but does follow you around when you have the baby, so you would need to be comfortable with animals.
