Hands-on Care Needed For My 26-Year-Old Son

Looking for a PT nanny for 2 children. One child is diabetic, the other high functioning autistic. One is a competitive dancer, the other an archer. Homeschooling. Housework to include assisting with children's rooms, dishes, vacuuming and dusting as well as meal prep from approved menus only. Some driving to and from activities which are 3 miles down the road. CPR plus first aid, ability to be trained with my daughters technology, prefer EMT or nursing student. No negative points on license. Must agree to extensive background check, must provide 4 references. Must be willing to sign a contract

I'm looking for someone to watch my infant when I go back to work on March 28, 2022. We would pick up and drop her off at the location Monday through Friday. She will be 12 weeks old when I head back to work. I would like someone with experience and references/recommendations. Preferably someone in the Sumerduck, Bealeton or Warrenton area.

We have a house of 8 soon to be 7 so there is a lot of clutter in parts of the house that is constantly being dealt with. Otherwise my children are just very energetic and will require physical engagement. Additional needs include being comfortable with pets, having a reliable car.

Some responsibilities would include: Creating a safe and stimulating environment for the children Bathing and dressing Changing diapers and potty-training Children's laundry Planning meals, preparing food, and/or feeding the children Indoor and outdoor play Educational activities and crafts Reading to the children Help with homework Organizing bedrooms/toys Maintaining logs for the parents Light housekeeping: include grocery shopping, family errands, emptying the trash, loading and unloading the dishwasher, and keeping the kitchen and kids' areas clean and tidy.

Looking for someone to come into our home and watch our infant as my significant other and I transition between shifts. It will be 5 a.m. to around 12 noon. Days of the week will vary, but we are able to let you know at least a month in advance.
