We are looking for a full-time nanny to care for our two daughters in our home in Berkley/Huntington Woods, ages 4 months and 2 years. Job entails play time, walks in the neighborhood, getting the girls up/down from their naps and feeding meals. Cleaning up after each activity and meal is expected. We're an easy going household and hope to find someone to be part of our family long-term. My husband and I work from home right now but will return to the office when it is safe. About Us: Daughter is starting to eat solids (not great at it), isn't crawling just yet but would very much like to, cannot get enough smiles in in a day and loves to dance and shake her head. My husband is a Brand Manager for a food company and I am starting my own Interior Design firm. We love the outdoors, eating pasta, gardening, baking, reading and painting - sometimes all at once! We are looking for someone who can commit to babysitting weekly on a Friday or Saturday evening. Depending on your availability and our needs, we may sometimes be looking for an additional evening or afternoon, or just a different day of the week. We would co-create the schedule on a monthly basis so we all know what days you'll be working in advance. Our kiddo is pretty self-sufficient. While here, you are responsible for being the adult in the room, prepping a simple meal for her (noodles or beans), washing the cooking stuff, & making sure she gets to bed on time.
