We are looking for care for our baby girl. Our sweet and perfect nanny unexpectedly passed away, leaving a huge hole in our hearts. She was incredible with our little girl and unfortunately we need to find someone to fill her shoes. Our baby girl will be 5 months old when care begins, so someone who has experience with infants is a must. I am a teacher, so the schedule for care will follow our district's calendar. We are looking for someone who can commit from October to May, 6:45 a.m. to 4:15 pm, excluding school holidays. We want care to take place in our home and we prefer our child to be the only one in your care. We have one dog and one cat, so we also need someone who is comfortable with pets. We are looking to pay a weekly rate, not hourly. We are hoping and praying we can find someone who will be a great fit for our family.

Wakes up about 8 a.m. for milk then falls back to sleep until around 11 a.m. He attempts to eat breakfast and plays for a few hours then takes a nap about 2 p.m. Gets dressed and ready for the day when he wakes up from his nap. Then attempts lunch. Picky eater. He plays with until his late afternoon nap around 5-6 p.m. sometimes he skips it depending on his mood. By that time I should be home or at least on my way.

About who needs care: 81yo with Dementia and a fractured kneecap. She's in Assisted Living, and needs occasional help to stand. Needs constant reminders to wear her brace, use walker, rest her leg. Position is mostly evenings, about 4pm-9:30 or 10pm, with some fill in needs for days. Schedule can be somewhat flexible when coordinated with other caregiver. Dinner will be provided. She's most comfortable with a female caregiver. About the care needs: We're looking for someone with patience, experience redirecting, experienced with transfers, who doesn't mind repeating the same thing over and over as if it's the first time. Services needed include: mobility assistance, companion, sundowning.

Me or my husband will be home. I am a therapist and will be seeing clients thru zoom I will be in the office most of the day. My husband will be in meetings throughout the day. Daily day would be feedings, changings and putting down for naps.
