We have a 4 bedroom house with a finished basement (one bedroom is not used except as a playroom and does not need to be cleaned). There is a bedroom in the basement but it's also very rarely utilized. We would only want the room vacuumed and dusted. The main focus for cleaning would be the main floor while cleaning the upstairs bathrooms, vacuuming and light dusting. We would love help with laundry for our family of four (2 adults and 2 children). We have two dogs that are friendly (one is shy and will hide). They both do not shed but make a mess with food and water.

This is a move-in cleaning. Walls are freshly painted & are clean. One bedroom upstairs and loft area upstairs vacuum, shampoo or steam clean carpets there. Downstairs primary bedroom and two closets vacuum carpets/dust shelves only. Wipe down kitchen and bathroom cabinets/closet shelves, dust doors. . No furniture is in the home, floors and counter surfaces just dusty. Basement floor needs swept or vacuumed. Dust plantation shutters and blinds with a slightly moist microfiber cloth. Dust doors and window frames. Clean 2 and 1/2 bathrooms & wash floors there. Dust lights and fans, except the broken pendant light in front hallway, Sweep, damp mop/Bona hardwood floors. Wipe out refrigerator with white vinegar. If do a good job will give gratuity and possibly hire again . Dont clean windows. Call before going out.

Buttercup is a loving, and very energetic, she needs someone to walk, feed and play outside for about an hour while I am at work

The children are very emotionally stable and do not have the habit of throwing tantrums. The sitter might need to use simple English to communicate with them. The older girl is reliable, but the younger boy needs some extra attention, like most boys of that age.

Hi! I couldn't update the app for the job until today(9-2.) We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in Stephens City. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets (cats) and who is CPR certified. This is only a potential job. We are hoping to keep him in daycare, but it is not working out well. He is used to being home all day and watched by my mom and mother in law. My guy is having a tough time staying awake and being out of the house. This could start as late as Oct 1 if he is unable to adjust to daycare properly. We are offering 200$ a week. Hours 8-4 in our home, Tuesday-Friday. Our guy is 1. 5 years old. He takes 1 nap a day for about 2. 5- 3. 5 hours. He is very chill, and loves to play ball and be outside.

My 3-month-old will just need someone to be with her, change her diapers, feed her, and put her down for naps while I work. I need someone who is willing to stay at my house with her during those hours for two days per week (can be any 2 days M-F). I work from home so I will be around for any emergencies/questions. The baby is breastfed, so depending on each day with my meeting schedule, I will either step out to breastfeed her or I will have breast milk stored and ready for you to give her in a bottle.
