There will always be a 1 week notice of days and times that you are needed. For weekdays, I am required to work early morning shifts but it's not everyday. Weekday care will mostly consist of early morning care with the occasional afternoon here and there. On days that we require early morning care: -You would arrive at 5:00 a.m. - our 3-year-old son, will still be sleeping so you can hangout on your phone or watch tv for 2 hours etc. -our son wakes up between 7:00am-7:30 a.m. -you will give him his milk that will already be prepared in the fridge and then give him a fresh pull-up -our son will just hangout in his room, drink his milk and play with his toys and may want tv -my husband will arrive home between 7:30am-8:00 a.m. whenever he arrives home you are free to leave and will be paid for the full 5-8 timeframe.
