We're starting to look for part-time childcare at home now that our daughter is out of the newborn stage and our work status will change. Right now, we are hoping to start using a sitter here and there to find a good fit. Later this year, we'd like to have a regular arrangement with someone on specific days/times (M-F 9-5 zone), on average 15-20 hours/week but could be up to 40 hours on occasion. Ideally, we would love someone with a background/interest in education who will enjoy interacting with our little one, helping her develop her brain, and be another person she can have fun with and learn from. Exposure to Montessori would be a plus, but not required. We want someone who enjoys the role of a teacher to help her reach developmental milestones. We are absolutely willing to set a schedule to accommodate the needs of the right person!

It is important to us that you have viable transportation and can provide your resume and references upon request. Being CPR certified and having the Covid vaccine is also a plus due to the spread of the Delta variant. My husband and I are vaccinated. Also, I work remotely and since my work schedule may vary we've noted 9-5:30PM; however, starting out we are considering Monday-Thursday from 9-3 p.m. to see how that works.
