We are looking for a great nanny for our infant in Detroit. Baby was born in mid-November, so will be 3 and a half months when the new nanny would begin. Dad works from home and would be around during the days to support when necessary or answer questions and mom works close by in case of emergency and also for quick access to breastfeeding. Mom would be around full time for the nanny's first couple weeks to train her/him and get them acclimated. We have a 17 pound sweet but yappy golden doodle, so the nanny would need to be comfortable with a (hypoallergenic, non-shedding) dog at home. On rare occasions, our toddler may be home from daycare (holidays, school vacation), and we would expect the nanny to care for both kids. We had an amazing experience with a nanny for our older kid from Care and are hoping for the same thing with baby #2!
