We are a big family looking for a sitter with a big heart! We have 8 children age 9 mo., 3, 5, 8, 10, 13, 14, and 15 but are really only looking for a sitter for the 8 and under crowd. The "big kids" look after themselves and are an excellent help with the younger ones. During the school year childcare is primarily for the baby only. During the summer care will include all the younger children. Our ideal sitter is energetic, kind, structured, organized, self motivated, honest, mature and experienced. We'd like to start with a few date nights and hopefully find a match for our full time nanny. A full time nanny position would include helping with chores around the house and caring for the baby when I need to run errands. Our home is currently under remodel so we need someone who is understanding of the process (and sometimes noise) of living in a home that is being remodeled in phases. We respectfully ask that our nanny does not bring their own children to work.

She has Dementia and our primary challenges are getting her to eat, taking her medication on a regular basis, and basic hygiene. She has lost interest is most things - even the hobbies she really enjoyed earlier on in life. She lives across from the beach and still enjoys walking on the seawall. She is isolating herself more from the people around her, but also has days where she is very sad and lonely. A regular day will include a walk to the seawall, and then just walking around the condominium. She watches TV a lot too these days. She enjoys talking to someone who she can relate to, and these days she seems to only be able to talk about the past. The boys like to argue a lot. Love outdoor play, and video games but I give them limited time on them. Baby girl gags on some of her food still nursing and gets a bottle for bed.

I have three amazing kids!! They're very independent for their age. I have two girls 9 and 6 and a 5 yr old boy. This job requires picking them up after school. We live one block away. My kids and I do a pretty good job at keeping the apt clean so you wont have to clean, maybe just light pick up work. The kids are in school during the day so the hours I would need someone are 3pm-7:30 p.m. Weekends vary right now.
