Searching for a great house cleaner. We need help with cleaning and some organizing in the common areas: kitchen, dining room, living room, and 2 bathrooms. We would need mopping, washing dishes, cabinet wipe down, vacuuming, dusting, tidying etc. As well as, cleaning the cat litters (dumping old litter, washing bins, and replacing with new litter). Maybe help with washing laundry sometimes. This is approximately 1000 sq ft area. We have cleaning supplies that are safer and less harsh (we have a toddler), but we are open to having you use your own as well. We have vacuums, some rags, and some mops, but feel free to use yours. Don't think we are fully equipped. Our daughter is bright, compassionate, happy and strongly depends on structure since we home school. I am looking for someone that is able to help with a couple hours of online school in the morning and a little bit of homework. Light house work and clean up after meals and keeping tidy in the house. Going to walks at a nearby park and being a good role model. Looking for someone that can work with a high functioning Down Syndrome pre teen. You don't have to have special needs experience as there are no specific needs and she is super high functioning. Would be great to have someone that is just caring, fun and responsible/reliable. Parking is right out front We share a puppy with the grandparents. Small puppy who is a Shitzu/Maltese mix.

Currently working 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday. Occasionally I will need to work a few hours over 8 p.m. Not a set schedule yet but eventually within the next 2 weeks it should be settled. My son is very timid at first but will become very energetic once comfortable. He has a speech delay so I need someone who will take the time to listen and observe any hand gestures he will make when he needs something. My daughter is an easy going and a happy baby.

Our 15mo baby boy loves to laugh and be outdoors. He likes playgrounds and he is in the process of trying to talk. My husband works from home and I have to go to the office everyday.

Prefer to have someone that she can talk to in spanish. About the care needs: A female that speaks spanish that she can have conversations with. Needs to be patience and understanding of her needs. We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in Concord. We would prefer someone who could help out with prepping meal for the baby and light housework. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke and who is CPR certified.

Seeking a nanny for our son. He is very active and loves to play. Looking for someone reliable, fun, flexible, who likes animals, and providing fun and enriching activities for our son. We are a same sex couple living in Concord close to lots of great parks and activities. This would include caring for our son at home and our two small dogs. Hours will usually range between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. but often vary slightly.. so someone who is flexible will be ideal! My husband works an alternating night shift schedule of 7 days on and 7 days off, every other week. Meanwhile I have a varying schedule that consists of 8 hr shifts, which may start as early as 630am, or end as late as 1030 p.m. We would only need care for our baby boy on the weeks that my husband is working. His work weeks are set from Wednesdays to the following Tuesday.

We are looking for a responsible, patient and caring adult to help our autistic son (age 25) with daily activities: grocery shopping, upkeep of his ADU, entertainment, community involvement and to provide companionship. We are looking to expand his individual living skills so he might someday live on his own and he needs practice in these areas. He is relatively high functioning, highly verbal and has a sense of humor. He has been well liked by teachers, care givers and his peers. He can be shy and needs encouragement/coaching in social situations. We, the parents, will be around in the home to assist/guide his caregiver. Professional advice also available if needed. Hours are flexible; we would be looking for 1-2 half days a week (weekend hours ok too). Previous experience with or knowledge of autistic people is a big plus.
