Hi there!
This is Ayman and Litz and we're new to the area from Austin, Texas.
We're looking for a personal/executive assistant to assist with light errands around town/in house including dry cleaning, shopping, booking travel, and hiring/managing help for the house.
1. Manage Household Staff: Supervise and manage household staff such as housekeepers, gardeners etc. to ensure they are meeting household needs and following established procedures.
2. Coordinate Schedules: Manage the family's schedules including scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring that everyone is on time and where they need to be.
3. Run Errands: Handle day-to-day tasks such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and other errands as needed.
This is a part-time role and our schedule is flexible based on your availability.
