We are mostly looking for a nanny for our 2 younger children, as our 8-year-old is in school for most of the day. Our girls are all very loving and easy-going. They love to be active, do arts and crafts projects, and baking. We would like someone who is willing to help out with light housekeeping. Occasionally helping with pickups/drop-offs for school and other activities as needed would be a plus. We would also like occasional meal prep, laundry help.

We are a young family looking for some help out during the workweek as both of us are employed and struggling to keep up with work and childcare. I am out of the house every day before 6 a.m. and back around 6 p.m. while my wife works from home and needs to be focused on work from 9am-5 p.m. Our son A is crawling and on the verge of walking. However, he has separation anxiety so can't be alone for more than a few hours, so looking for someone who is around at home quite a bit.
