We are looking for a full-time nanny for our two girls, ages 6 and 2, to start as soon as possible. We live in the Federal Way area. Our ideal nanny is looking for a long-term job to partner with us in raising our kids. Daily responsibilities include breakfast and lunch prep for the toddler, school pickup, and lots of playing. We appreciate occasional household tasks as well, limited to a weekly load of the kids' laundry and weekly grocery pickup. We have two friendly cats, and both parents work from home. We are first time parents to a sweet baby girl. She loves to play, and is quite easy going. She is also a great independent sleeper (not to jinx it). Only our 2-year-old girl requires full time care, although helping the big kids get ready for school and walking them in the morning is required. One of us is usually home before they get out of school. We would prefer someone who could help out with light child-related housekeeping only. We do require a nanny who has their own car and does not smoke and who is CPR certified. A background check and references is required. We'd like our little one to get lots of outdoor time, interaction, and minimal screen time.

Seeking a caregiver in Puyallup for 2 sweet and silly kiddos! Hard start date of January 30, but may want a few days prior to introduce you to the kiddos for building comfort. I would be working days, around school staff hours in the Puyallup school district. We have a sturdy dog who loves visitors! We are open to negotiation on location of care, whether our home or yours, if we are comfortable with the location and commute. We feel the need to be transparent that we are not able to offer a competitive rate. To help this be a more feasible fit for the caregiver, we are open to a caregiver-share idea, and/or would be open to a caregiver who has their own children around, if the families would be compatible, and we could negotiate a rate.
