We need a regular sitter that we can depend on to engage our kids in planned activities to help them learn. As parents we work full-time from both the office and our homes which a sitter would have to be comfortable with transitioning the kids between. Boundaries are important to us as our kids should respect their sitter as they do their parents. I need someone that is loving but firm with rules in our home. Hours would change depending on the week and parent's schedules. We may need help with picking up and dropping off at various locations like school and activities. Our kids are incredible, we love them more than anything and just want a stable situation for them. There may be the occasional opportunity to house sit and dog sit when we are out of town if sitter is comfortable with doing so.

7-year-old male Border Collie mix; leash reactive with other dogs (but my husband can control him, so we are working on it). My husband travels for work about half the month and I have lupus and am not strong enough to walk him (our daughter is a senior and will graduate in early June) so we are looking for a dog walker that can walk him 12-15 days a month, but the days would change each month. Time of day does not matter at all. Nor do days of the week-it would be ok if he missed a day of walking.
