As with all special children, she has special ways of learning, communicating & interacting with her world. We are looking for someone interested in learning these special needs in order to interact with her in a meaningful way and help her explore & engage the world. We are looking for a great nanny for 2 children (and 3rd on the way) in north Arlington. Our oldest child is in elementary school, youngest child is in half-day pre-school, and we are expecting our 3rd in February 2024 (so duties will include help during maternity leave and then taking care of 3-4-month-old starting in the summer). We prefer someone who is dependable and flexible. The job is for 40-45 hours for week and the schedule varies each week. Typical hours are 7:30 a.m. start and 5:30 p.m. end, but occasional AM help at 6:30 a.m. is needed or PM help until 7:30 p.m. Typical week includes 1-2 half days off or 1 whole day off that varies. We prefer a nanny who is physically active with kids, communicative, has a driver license and clean record, can drive their own car or ours to take kids around, who does not smoke, and is CPR certified.
