My home is 2 story but only the downstairs will ever need cleaning. 3 bedroom 1 and 1/2 bath, it is approx. 1300 sq. ft. Tile and concrete floors and lots of furniture.

I work full time to 5/6 p.m. My wife is home with baby and needs help watching baby to get rest Between feedings and possible clean up(light house work activities.)

Expecting our first baby in March and am looking to potentially have child care start in July depending on our work situation

We have one dog, Baxter. He is a Catahoula-heeler mix and while he is large, he is very sweet and loving. Our older two boys are self-sufficient but will occasionally require help. The youngest, while he thinks he is self-sufficient, is the one who will need most of the help. He is a unique kiddo full of laughter and loves playing board games. We are looking for someone who would pick our youngest up from school and bring him home Monday thru Friday, as well as pick our oldest up from school and take him to work on Thursday and Friday.

I have 3 in home dogs. 2 have separation anxiety and that is the reason I need to ensure the care giver can stay overnight.

I will be requiring people to do background checks on this app, and I will have cameras in my home for the safety of my child. I am a very relaxed. Mom and I will be the easiest person to work with. I just want to make sure that my son is having fun and safe. I will require that some days the nanny take him to do activities which I will pay for you and my son to go to places like the trampoline park, zoo, etc. I do not want my son to be stuck at home all day. Searching for a great house cleaner. Someone who doesn't just pick up but actually cleans well. Willing to scrub the tubs, etc. Would prefer someone who provides their own cleaning supplies (detergents, etc) and cleaning equipment (vacuum, etc). Bathroom Cleaning, Vacuuming and mopping, Kitchen Cleaning, Dusting, General Room Cleaning, Oven Cleaning, etc. Family of 5, no pets.
