On this yoga and hiking adventure we will meet at a designated location and then guests will follow the guide to the trailhead. We'll then go on a 2-2.5 mile hike meandering through a beautiful desert eco-system, learning about plants and animals of the area along the way from our Wilderness First Responder and Utah Master Naturalist guide. Then, on top of the sticky Navajo Sandstone, we'll find a flat spot for a 1 hour yoga and meditation practice.
