I need someone to help with the 1 and 2-year-old to wind down for bedtime

Relocating in March looking for a reliable babysitter on the weekends for my 4-year-old son. Times can vary depending on my needs. Looking for a consistent weekend help. We are looking for a part-time, kind, upbeat, energetic babysitter for our two children ages 6 and 19 months. My daughter is in school during the day, looking for someone who can watch my 19month old son one day a week, occasionally both children, I am very flexible on days; and an evening babysitter for date nights. We would love to build a relationship with someone who could stay overnight for a few weekend summer getaways we have planned. Summer schedule would be slightly different depending on when my daughter goes to day camp.

Both families have 2 dogs, and our nanny may be asked for extremely minimal dog care such as letting them outside for pee breaks- we both have fenced yards. No dog walks! Nanny should be very comfortable around big dogs. Our ideal nanny will have reliable transportation and must be 100% dependable, have CPR and Heimlich training, and should be fully vaccinated, non-smokers, and pass background checks. Our nanny must be comfortable caring for babies even if they are sick.

Our daughter S. was born on January 30th, and she will be going to daycare during the week once my maternity leave is over. We are looking for potential babysitters for the future for when my husband and I are in need of a break and a date night! We cannot promise a consistent schedule, just looking to have someone in mind that might be available to watch her for a few hours in the evening given a few days' notice. Days/timing would likely be on Thursdays-Saturdays, earliest start time 4-5 p.m. and ending around midnight-1 a.m. at the very latest (but more likely ending around 9-11pm). He is a calm and happy little baby! Were looking for someone to help with babysitting every now and then so mom and dad can get some time away from the house in the evenings. He is currently in daycare during the week. He is starting to move around more so we always try to keep him entertained but also have him learn new things! Looking for someone to hang with my little when I am busy. She is super fun but has some separation anxiety so I want to find someone that she can build a trusting relationship with.
