I am a senior studying elementary education at Purdue University. Over school breaks, I work full-time at a childcare center, KinderCare Learning Centers. I have experience working with infants, toddlers, pre-school, pre-kindergarten, and school age children. Along with working as a child care taker, I was also a member of the club College Mentors for Kids which is an organization on Purdue University's campus with the goal of transforming the lives of under-privileged children in the West Lafayette/Lafayette area. I was also a dance teacher at my home dance studio for children ages 3-12 for around 4 years. I love being around children and I love to know that I am making a positive impact in their lives.

I am a stay-at-home mother of 21 years. We presently have 4 children (3 in college and 1 in high school). My husband and I have been licensed foster care parents. Prior to becoming a mother, I worked 2 years as a preschool teacher and have provided in-home child care to various children through the years. We recently moved into Big Canoe (from Indiana) and have a very peaceful home that would be a nurturing, fun home for children to spend their days. Because I home school our youngest child, child care will need to be provided in our home.
