I babysat the same child from the time he was born in 2014 to 2018. His mother got a job out of the country six months out of the year and when she got that job I became his stay at home nanny. While she was gone I was responsible for taking him to and from school, feeding him, doing laundry and keeping the house clean. I kept that job until August 2019 when I moved to Gainesville for school.

Hello Parents and Adult Learners! A fresh start can change a child's future. Teaching takes patience, flexibility, enthusiasm, and so much more. For the past 18 years, I have taught PreK-12 and adult learners in English, Mathematics, science, history, and so much more. My tutoring sessions are educational, motivational, and practical. I encourage creativity and deep thinking to keep the brain sharp with fun teamwork activities. My teaching techniques change students' thinking to "I CAN DO THIS!" They are proud of what they have accomplished and learned along with confidence. It is so rewarding to me to see a child's face light up when they have understood the subject. Every student has the potential to learn and achieve their academic goal with a little guidance and patience. I take the time to listen, evaluate, and observe students for additional help and support for their education.

I am a fun, energetic positive mom of 2. For several years, I've worked for the school district as an employment specialist for children with disabilities. I love working with the kids and watching them mature into young adults. To watch children accomplished things they never thought they could do, is very uplifting and rewarding. Now that my children are older, I'm looking for a way to earn a little extra money while doing the thing I love. I do think kids are kids, but it's up to adults to teach them to respect others, nature, manners and the world around them.
