Looking for a PART TIME nanny for our 3yr old, to start sometime around March. Located in the Fredericksburg area. 1-2 days a week, typically 6a-730p. Days of the week would vary but could possibly work around someone else's schedule. Will have schedule in advance. Would need to come to our house in the morning. Transportation to preschool 3x a week (downtown Fredericksburg), and would be compensated even during the time he is in school. Please pass along this information to anyone who is great with children and might be interested. Not a bad side gig for a mom with older children or a college student with some flexibility. We will need RELIABILITY, as neither one of us will have the option of calling out of work (healthcare workers).

Our4-month-old baby loves to smile and be silly! He's starting to discover more and be more playful. We have two dogs, a beagle, and a german shorthaired pointer, as well so being comfortable with animals is a must. They sleep most of the day but may need to be let out into the fenced-in backyard. Mom works from home but occasionally needs to go into the office. Care will be needed for both occasions so some flexibility in scheduling is necessary. Typically, the schedule will be 9-1 or could also do 10-2, on Tu, Wed, Thurs. Can also be flexible to do 5 or 6 hour shifts twice a week instead. About 2-3 times per month, there will be a longer shift during the week- 9am-5pm, when mom has to go into the office.
