We need someone to help primarily with afterschool care for our two kids, ages 13 and 10. They're both bright, interesting kids. The job is mainly: pick them up from school, give them a snack, and drive them to and from their activities. (This is non-highway driving in your own car.) When you have time at home, you would do their laundry, help keep their rooms tidy, remind them to do their homework (but not tutor), and hang out with them--games, sports, conversation.
We have two cats and a small dog. Although the kids mostly care for the dog, we would ask you to help, occasionally walking or feeding him.
The core hours are Monday through Friday, roughly 3 p.m. until 6 or 7 p.m. (depending on the day). Occasionally, we'd ask if you could stay a little later.
This is for the school year, with the possibility of extending for summer.
