No house keeping or major meal prep involved (maybe light meals for the kids, milk, sandwiches, beige foods, fruit etc easy stuff), just come hang out with us and our kids and get paid. You'll need energy to keep up with him and patience especially with feeding because he eats a variety of foods but verrry slowly. Both parents work from home on an entirely separate floor.
