The position: In short, we are hoping to find someone that can come help out at our house for 10-15h a week so that my husband can do his part-time work more effectively. The hours would ideally be 3-5 hours a day, 2-3 days a week - but can definitely be flexible. The position would primarily involve watching/ playing with the kids while he works. Finding someone who can connect well with the kids is our priority, but depending on the times of day you come the position could also involve light house work (i. e. if you're here during nap/quiet time for the kids). Our ideal caregiver: We have 3 children 5 and under, which means an ideal caregiver will be patient, attentive, creative, and engaging.
