Hi! We are looking for the perfect nanny for our 3-month-old baby girl B. We both work from home and need an experienced nanny to manage keeping baby B. fed and comforted before and after naps throughout the day. It's important we have someone who is familiar with soothing infants. She's a good baby overall, but she is still a small baby. Note - we also have a 4 1/2-year-old girl (excited big sister) in pre-school who will not be home regularly during your shift, but occasionally may come home early if school is not in session. We live in Poway, we have a 20lb miniature golden doodle Macy, our home has central AC/Heat, we have a great safe neighborhood you can walk around with the stroller.

Both parents work from home and with the addition of a nanny, we'd both go into the office more often! Toddler loves dancing, singing, watercolor, coloring, building forts. We have a lot to work with but I haven't had the bandwidth to build a little schedule and be consistent. Looking for someone that will make a routine for them (entertainment/education). Toddler is ready to potty train and we are working on that in the coming weeks. The baby is eating bottles and soft foods. Overall our girls are pretty happy and agreeable. My mom (grandma) stays over a few days a week to help us. She would continue to be at house but wearing her grandma hat. can be there for outings with the girls. On occasion, you may just watch the baby while my husband or grandma take toddler on a fun outing (like the zoo).

We're looking for a warm, loving nanny, who can pick the kids up from school, provide a supportive space for them to unwind and play, prepare a healthy dinner, and do some light housekeeping to help keep our heads above water.
