We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke and who is comfortable with pets. We need someone to pick up our son at school in Sterling and bring him home to watch him until we get home from work around 5. My 12-year-old daughter will be home and is self sufficient and a great help with her brother. My son is autistic, so having my daughter there will be a big help until you get to know him.
