As a nanny, you will be responsible for tending to her needs, ensuring her safety, and creating a nurturing environment during the hours of 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Your primary duties will include feeding, changing diapers, soothing her when she cries, engaging in playtime activities, and maintaining her overall well-being. While her grandparents reside in the same household, you will be the primary caregiver during your hours of responsibility. Ability to speak Vietnamese or Cantonese is a plus but not required. - Previous experience in infant care is essential. - CPR certification is required to ensure the safety and well-being of our baby. - Patience, compassion, and a natural affinity for nurturing infants.

We're a new family who welcomed our baby girl into the world in April of this year. We're both professionals in the creative industries and are lucky enough to have 6 moths off for parental leave but will need full time care from around October 2023. As for S, our baby girl, she's 4 weeks old at the time of writing so not too much to say apart from that she's super cute, currently evenly tempered, and seems to generally be happy to be here! We're starting this process a little early so that we can find the right person from October. We are looking for someone who can take care S practically but also help develop her creative spirit with fun music, play, craft and arts. We don't speak any other languages at home but would love for S to be exposed to something other than English and have a preference for either Mandarin or Spanish. Child care is the focus but we would also appreciate light meal prep / cleaning.

Looking for some light housekeeping and babysitting this month in Pasadena for two kids 6 and 7. I don't have a set schedule so I'm able to work with you but hoping for some days (for work at home and errands) and evenings (date night/social events.) If you are interested, light house work like sweeping or dish washing will be compensated on top of the babysitting as well. There is a nice fenced park a few minutes away as well as a grocery store and many different restaurants and shops. If you would like to take them out to a restaurant or to get a coffee (in their case I guess juice or hot chocolate etc) let me know and I will pay for that as well! My two kids both enjoy video games (if you do too that is a plus), park, crafts, and science experiments. The older one is more relaxed and the younger one has more energy.
