We are looking for someone in March to job share our care needs with another person who is already working with us. The days vary by week, but we set up the schedules 2-3 months in advance so you have a good idea. Avg 6-10 hours/wk. AM include helping get the kids ready and on their buses. One bus comes at 7:05, other bus comes ~ 7:40. PM includes meeting kid 2 at the bus stop at 2:28; kid 1 gets home around 4:45. Playing, helping w/ homework, tidying up, meal prep and/or feeding the kids dinner, making sure they are showered by 6/630 which helps the evening flow. Some evenings also include drop off at activity which will be paid extra by mileage. Most PM needs are to 6:30/7. We have 2 great kids.
