Running Springs family needs a full-time nanny. I am a registered nurse who works down the mountain. I am seeking a candidate that can be available at least two days out of the week for 10 hours shifts. My daughters are 3 and 2 years old. My eldest daughter has Down Syndrome, but no significant medical issues.
Our ideal match will meet the requirements below.
-Have experience working with younger children.
-Have reliable transportation.
-Be engaging and motivated in assisting children learn.
-Be independent and be able to problem solve.
-Be able to communicate children's needs and overall progress in terms of developmental needs.
-Be physically active.
Other preferred but not required experience:
-Have knowledge of basic first aid.
-Be willing to be CPR certified.
-Worked with children with developmental and speech delays.
