We are looking for a great nanny for our girls who is more than a babysitter. We require nanny that has their own car, does not smoke and prefer a college degree.
Want someone to help develop the girls into extraordinary people: kindness, manners, sharing, respect, prepare varied and balanced meals for the girls, etc.
Want someone also willing to help maintain the house. Not expecting a superhero, but to play a shared role in house maintenance outside of solely caring for the kids (e. g., mother's helper style duties).
Need some amount of schedule flexibility to help on mornings, evenings and weekends.
Schedule starting next school year will be different because our oldest will be in school five days and youngest three days. School hours are 915 a.m. to 115 p.m. Responsibilities likely to involve pickup and/or drop off.
