The perfect nanny will connect with my kids, be able to negotiate with them and come up with win-win compromises when they want to do 2 different things. I am looking for someone who also loves dogs as we have 2 golden retrievers. We need someone who is willing to do some light housework like sweeping the floors or folding the kids clothes. Also need to make sure the kids pick-up after themselves and keep the house tidy. Preparing and cleaning up after meals will also be needed. Most weeks we will need care Monday-Friday but we are flexible if days off are needed here and there. The hours per day will also vary with our work schedules anywhere from 6-9 hours on average.
