We emphasize team work makes the dream work, setting boundaries, validating feelings and problem solving. The 9-month-old is the nanny-needed position. If willing to take a lower salary, we can place the 4-year-old with an in home daycare. 9-month-old is VERY easy baby. We do anticipate a transition period as she is attached to mom, but once last that she should be happy to play simply, nap, and eat. The 4-year-old loves to play dolls and hear stories. She will usually go to neighborhood play dates and meet up with the neighbor kids who also attend the in home daycare. She will ideally nap daily. Will need help with diaper changes, feeding his bottle, playing with him and giving him naps. CPR and first aid certified is required please. We have parking in the driveway so it's very easy. We have two doggies in the home, so being dog friendly is a must. I'm a therapist and therefore I'm flexible with time scheduling. We can work out a schedule that works for all of us! Hello! We are a dual military couple with 2 small children. We have a 15 mo old son, and a daughter who was just born on the 4th of July. We are trying to find someone who would be able to provide long term care. Being in the military, our hours can change throughout the week, but we plan to average a 40 hour hired help week with some days getting out early and some days going longer. All that bring said, flexible availability is extremely important to us. We would love someone who has the energy to keep the television turned off, and help our children develop and grow! We need a nanny for our 2 children in the next month! Some tidying up, dishes, and simple meals would be part of the responsibilities. We are hoping for someone that is willing to do about 1 hour a day of workbook work with the kids. Our kids are not potty trained yet. We will do it within the year. Some help or reinforcement from our nanny may be required. Both kids take about a 1-2 hour nap a day and we avoid TV until about 4 p.m. We live on a large piece of land with cows and the kids love drawing, playing hide and seek, and pretend play. We can discuss potential outings after about a month. We have an outdoor lab/German shepherd, so comfort with a large dog is needed. She may need to be put in her pin while the kids are outside. We need someone comfortable with discipline as well. Catholic/Christian is a bonus!

My son E.. is currently 2 months old. I am a principal at a Catholic school I am currently working from home since it's summer, but will be going back full time mid August. My schedule will vary of when I get home but typically will be home by 4 p.m. I need to get to work by 8:00 a.m. While the start date is not until September, I would like to see if we can start as soon as possible.
