Nanny Needed For A Sweet 3 Year Old Boy And His Easy Going Paren...

Full Time $15 – 19/hr Starts 10/08 Tampa, FL
Hi- We are relocating to Tampa for my husband's job and are in need of a full-time nanny 30-35 hours a week. My son is a funny and energetic 3-year-old who has what we like to call, an old soul! He's a hit with his current babysitters and has some great bonds that we will miss dearly. We want someone who will not just entertain but, engage and nurture. He's been in a preschool setting for the past year and has really thrived these past few months. While I desperately want to get him in a school, I know the transition of moving will be a lot on him, so I'd like to first have him at home with a nanny on a consistent routine while he adjusts. (And also while we wait on what I'm sure will be a very long list to get in). If he does get into a preschool, it will be on a part time basis and we'd intend to keep you on as a nanny/caregiver. We may adjust hours at that time but, I anticipate this happening no sooner than 6 months and most likely not until next school year. We are easy going parents who (I like to think), are great people to work for. I'm happy to provide references of our own, from previous nanny and sitters, so that you can also feel good about choosing our family to work for. I will not ask you to clean our house or do other chores- I just want you to be a great caregiver and provide a safe environment for our son! Other things to note- -I work from home and will be out of sight. I will not hover and will respect your space but, will ALWAYS make myself available should you need me! - occasionally our 4-legged family member may come around while you are there. She's an old dog who sleeps a lot. - I am open to the possibility of "field trips" should you want to visit playgrounds, museums, etc. -we will cover gas and cost of doing anything outside of the home - we will offer 15 days of PTO per calendar year (use it for anything- sick/vacation/personal) So if you've read this far, and the above sounds like something you'd be interested in, please feel free to message me on this app! We hope to find the right person before we move (October 1st).
