My husband and I both work 12-hour shifts 3-4 days a week. My husbands schedule is set Sunday-Tuesday/Wednesday (7A-7P) depending on the week. I am a nurse (also work 7A-7P) so my schedule varies from week to week. Our children (at the time of needing care will be 3 years old and 3 months old) do attend daycare, however we are looking for someone to watch them in the mornings after we leave for work until they get dropped off at daycare (5:45 am-7:30/8 am) and then pick them up from daycare and watch them until we get home (3:30/4 p.m. - 7:30/8 pm). We also have a 12-year-old daughter who will be home a lot of the time but wont need babysitting/watching. She will be a helpful hand to you. We have 2 dogs (labradoodles) so must be ok with pets. You must have a reliable car and be able to fit 2 car seats in it safely as you will be responsible for taking the kids to and from daycare. This will not be needed every day of the week. Most weeks it will be 1-2 days.
