We are looking for an after school nanny for our daughter who will be in first grade. This position would start in July or August 2023 and we are flexible with the start date. She will be taking the bus home and we need someone to pick her up from the bus stop and to bring her home. We also have a son who will be in preschool but occasionally we may need assistance with picking him up. We would like someone interested in a long term position. Additional responsibilities include helping with school work, meal/snack prep, pick up/drop off for activities, and light housework (dishes etc.). Having your own transportation is a requirement. Typically there would be 15-20 hours per week.

Description/responsibilities: Care for family's 2 children (ages 10 and 6) mostly in the afternoon. Pick-ups from schools, transportation to after-school activities, oversight and help with homework and executive functioning/life skills, manage/oversight of children doing their responsibilities/chores, snack/meal preparation. Household management tasks may include keeping kitchen cleaned-up, including dishwasher load/unload and assistance with kids' laundry, help in starting dinner and making kids' lunches for next day. Qualifications: Must be patient, kind, good effective listener, open to feedback and growth opportunities, willingness to learn, servant leader attitude and energy to keep up with elementary aged children. Must have experience working with special needs children (sensory issues and Asperger/mild autistic behaviors).

Seeking Part time weekday "Mom" in South Park area to keep the household organized and running well. We're looking for someone who is amazing at "momming" during the week as I travel and need peace of mind from someone who is steady, reliable, organized, who likes to create order and structure, and is nurturing and fun. From reading with our 8yo, to making sure chores are completed, resolving minor household issues (eg. Replacing a burned out light bulb), and grocery shopping with the kids. Occasional meal prep involving the kids would be great, but not a regular expectation unless you really enjoy cooking. Hours could range 10-25 hrs/week depending on what you're looking for, but during the school year 3-5 p.m. 5 days/week is the minimum schedule requirement. Those hours are not flexible so please do not apply if you can't commit to that specific minimum schedule (in South Park.) up to an Additional 15 hrs/week in household management would be flexible according to your schedule. Safe driving record and Access to a car for running errands and managing kids activity logistics is required. We have a large 1-year-old dog that's still in the puppy phase (so he may mouth or occasionally jump up) so preferably someone who isn't afraid of dogs and is comfortable correcting that behavior when it happens. He's really sweet, he's just wholly unaware of his size. If you throw the ball with him for 15 minutes, he'll be your devoted friend for life!
