Fort Wayne, IN Summer Nanny Jobs

Our family is looking for a full time nanny to become essentially an extension of our family for the next several years. We live in SW Fort Wayne. My husband and I both work out of the home. We have a 4-year-old son in preschool and a 1 1/2-year-old son in a daycare center we plan to keep in their current childcare. We are expecting identical twin girls in July. After a maternity leave we are looking for a full time M-F nanny for our twins in our home. There is a potential for one of the boys to be home if there is a daycare center closure one day or special occasion. We do have a 9-year-old goldendoodle dog in the home. My husband and I have been together for 10+ yrs and married for 5 yrs. We are expecting our first child in July of 2023. We are hoping to find a caregiver for our infant on our days that my husband and I both work. We both work in healthcare and work 12 hr. shifts. We are hoping to have a caregiver for 10 hour days on the days that him and I both work. We do work some weekends, so that would be something to be considered. We are looking for someone who has experience with infant care. We want someone that we can rely on especially with our schedules in the healthcare it's difficult to call off. We have access for parking. We have two fur babies. They are both 7 yrs old and very friendly. Our husky is named Yukon and loves people. Our malamute Zeke is very docile and loves getting treats.
