Vandalia, OH Summer Babysitting Jobs

We are looking for a great babysitter for 2 children in Vandalia. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets, who is CPR certified and who preferably has college degree but not a requirement. This job would be a couple of days a week with my 8-year-old and 11-year-old to sit and do summer workbooks with the kids, take them to the swimming pool, and find other activities to do at home for summer fun like cooking/baking or playing games. If interested we will plan an interview and make sure its the right fit for everyone.

I am a single mother of 2 wonderful kids. I'm a nurse and work the 7a-7p shift 3 days a week. My parents help watch the kids a lot but I'm trying to find someone that can cover days they cant and to help relieve their burden. My son is officially diagnosed with ADHD and will be starting meds soon and likely my daughter has ADHD as well. They are fun loving and empathetic by nature but can be difficult at times. My son has asthma and allergies as well (food and pets) but is managed by meds for the most part. My daughter is 10 and my son will be 5 at the end of June. My daughter will be in 4th grade and my son will be in his last year in Pre-k next school year. We live in the Vandalia area. Our ideal caregiver: I work 12 hour days 3 days a week so someone willing/able to cover 2 of the 3 days of the week would be ideal. Also someone that could possibly charge a flat rate instead of hourly would be better. . Additional needs include having a reliable car. Looking for care Mondays (6:30am-8pm), Wednesdays (6:30am-8pm), Fridays (6:30am-8pm). My schedule may vary.

Looking for an occasional sitter for weekends most of the time it will be in the evening close to their bedtime, and you can just stay till I get home or overnight and I typically just pay flat rate especially since the kids are sleeping and you won't have to do anything and I'm super chill. But it's summer now, so might want to do some stuff during the day on a Saturday or Sunday. I'm also going to need somebody to watch them while I go on a vacation or two this summer for a couple days. They will definitely be some the last two weeks of July.!! I have two SUPER easy-going sweet little ones. My daughter is two and my son is one. All I require is that you keep them alive and happy. lol :) most of the time would probably have you babysit at my house, but occasionally wouldn't hate if I had somewhere to take them so I could have my house :)

Looking for someone that can help watch my kids if I plan or take a small vacation or two at the end of July or first week of August. Monday through Friday, they can go to daycare from 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. if needed and would just need taken home and fed dinner and put to bed and someone to stay there overnight and take them to school in the morning which is 5min from my house and then on the weekends might be all day and all night, but I may have some family help as well if it's like for multiple days or a week at a time. Just need someone who's typically available at those times, and I can work out specific times you may not be able to with family.
